Mary Ann is a 21 year old student who is attending Sheridan College to pursue a bachelor’s degree in Art and Art history and with a major in Information Sciences.

Mary Ann’s passion for beauty began as a child, and she has great experience designing clothes as did her mother. “Everywhere I looked was new inspiration to express myself through my creation. Throughout the years different arts forms have captured my attention, but none have sustained my interest like Modern Batik.” Mary Ann has developed a passion for Modern Batik and it is also fueled a passion for knowledge of other art forms which can be used in new and creative ways.
